I co-founded dwyl because I wanted to use technology to help people and organisations realise their potential and make the world a little brighter in the process! I make sure we're working with people doing great things, help our clients problem solve, provide training, try to make dwyl a little better every day, scrum master, and whenever I can, make time to code on our open source projects. dwyl's values closely match my own ๐ŸŽ‰ and it makes me so happy to work with such amazing people every day! I โค๏ธ accessibility, sustainability, education and advocating for women in tech.

Hi, I'm Simon, one of the lucky developers building applications at dwyl. The team is amazing to work with and you will always find someone who'll agree to rewrite an app from scratch with the next new trendy functional programming. The best part of the job is learning, discovering and discussing new ideas every day without having any feelings of "dรฉjร  vu".

Hello! Justen here ๐Ÿ˜„ ...

I'm a full stack developer who likes to push myself into doing things that make me feel uncomfortable for the better, which has led me to: skydiving, boxing and colonic irrigation ๐Ÿ’ฉ to name a few. I'd like to learn 4 languages ๐Ÿ’ฌ before I die and I enjoy cooking ๐Ÿฏ. I'm a big believer in a balanced lifestyle with time for creative outlets and love Time Well Spent.

Things I like about dwyl: the general appreciation for hummus, interesting people, stimulating conversation and Elixir.

Hi ๐Ÿ‘‹ my name is Conor. My favourite part of working here is dwyl summer; its at great chance to get to know the rest of the team better and catch some rays ๐ŸŒž. I enjoy the relaxed culture - it makes easy to get along with everyone, and the fact we get to play pivotal roles in projects from an early stage. The freedom to work remotely has opened up so many great opportunities for me to travel more (Scotland, Spain, France, Mexico, Colombia). Outside of DWYL I am a keen boxer and motorcyclist ๐Ÿ.
